Note: Requests submitted beyond 30 days of withdrawal may not be considered. |

The office verifies records and forwards the request to the Principal/Admission Committee for
approval.
Verification includes enrollment status, attendance record, and financial clearance. |
| 3 | Processing Time |
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
Processing may take longer in special cases requiring additional verification. |
| 4 | Mode of Refund |
Refunds will be made via bank transfer only to the student’s registered account.
Note: Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. |
